This goal is achieved by working alongside Dean Verschuur on the house design, determining space requirements and selecting colours, lighting, and materials to enhance the day-to-day living for the new homeowners.

We include many of the state-of-the-art upgrades into our homes such as wireless Bluetooth surround sound, sensory controlled lighting systems, updated built-in vacuum system, as well as additional features.

These new homes integrate our West Coast design elements with a new home warranty program, providing our homeowners with peace of mind for the future. Finished with a West Coast-style timber frame entrance accented by elegant stained glass double front doors, this home has lasting appeal.
