From there, we’ll work with you to design the best home to meet your lifestyle! Whether you want a large one-level rancher or a traditional two-storey home, we have options and ideas for you. Choose to use all of the square footage for your family or add a secondary suite within your home for use as a rental or for extended family. Some lots in The Ridge will also allow for a detached carriage home to use as a secondary suite.
Once you have decided on a lot and a design, we apply for a building permit and start construction on your new home. You can expect to get occupancy in about six months.
