Coastal Custom Homes now has a new home under construction that will be ready for occupancy in June, 2021. This new home is located at 3370 Marygrove Drive in Courtenay, B.C.
We had a lot of interest in the last home we built, and have decided to build another home with the same floor plan, which will include a secondary suite. Homes with a legal secondary or “in-law suite” are becoming more popular because of the options they provide. A separate private living space with its own entrance offers privacy for extended family. Or, the suite can be rented to generate additional income.
